Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, Inc. is currently collecting annual bids from qualified contractors for upcoming residential construction projects throughout Lee & Hendry Counties. We are seeking licensed trade contractors (including, but not limited to, site work, concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, insulation, painting, and landscaping), as well as licensed general contractors or builders capable of providing turnkey residential construction services, including land development and vertical construction. Some projects may be subject to federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). Contractors selected for applicable projects may be required to comply with certified payroll reporting and other labor compliance requirements. Habitat also encourages participation from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), and other qualified small businesses. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations having jurisdiction over the work shall apply throughout the duration of each project.
