NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-001291 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and JASON BRIAN COWAN; BAY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, are Defendants, Bill Kinsaul, Bay County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.bay.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am CST / 12:00 pm EST on September 24, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
