Streets that shall be eligible for improvements within the Terry Point Estates Public Improvement District include: Swan Lane, Canadian Parkway and Terry Point Drive. The public improvement district may also maintain public facilities as they exist for storm water drainage within the subdivision. Improvement of the streets may include reconstruction as it becomes necessary due to wear and tear. Areas of failure will be reconstructed by removal of the existing asphalt or concrete material, excavating to a specified depth, compacting the subgrade material and replacing the excavated material with a patch of hot asphaltic material. Repairs to the concrete curb, gutters, sidewalks, and crosspans within the public right of ways may also be included as necessary. After performing any necessary rehabilitation or reconstruction work, a life cycle preventive maintenance program will be instituted for the street system. This program will involve, by way of example and not limitation, crack sealing, surface sealing, patching, and placing of an asphalt mat overlay over the existing street surface to delay eventual reconstruction of the street surface. The public improvement district may also take measures to control snow and ice on the streets of the subdivision.
