PUBLIC NOTICE   The Tinicum Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania to consider the enactment of the following Ordinances amending the Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinance:   AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TINICUM TOWNSHIP, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 201, 705 AND 706A OF THE TINICUM TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE, ADDING A DEFINITION OF KENNEL AND REVISING THE LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR A KENNEL   After the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Tinicum Township Board of Supervisors will then consider enactment of the Ordinances at its Regular Meeting on July 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania.   A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance described above may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by any citizen in the Administrative Offices of the Township located at 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania, M,T,Th, F, during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. & Wed. 9:30-11:30 a.m.   Scott C.
