PUBLIC HEARING
The Taunton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 5:30 P.M in the Chester R. Martin Municipal Council Chambers at 15 Summer St., City Hall, Taunton, Ma. on the petition of George Moniz
A Site Plan Review and Special Permit from Section 440 Attachment #1 of the Zoning Ordinance for the re-construction of a fire damaged building into 4 stories for a mixed use building consisting of the entire first floor to be commercial use with an 800 sq. ft. office and a landlord occupied space, 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors will have 13 one-bedroom apartments and 1 owner occupied ADU, seeking bonus density of 100% from 7 units to 13 units and commercial use, waiver of parking from 14 spaces to 6 spaces with the use of a municipal parking lot within 500 feet of the site in the Central Business District at 21 Fruit St., Taunton, Ma.
