Notice is hereby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL), Chapter 40A Sections 9, 10, 11 & (The Zoning Act) and Hanover Zoning Bylaw Sections 7, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals at Hanover Town Hall and via Zoom video call on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:30 pm for Brad and Beth Manuel, 57 Cheryl Lane. The applicant is requesting a Variance from the dimensional regulations set forth in Section 7.010 Table 7-front setback to Residence A District of the Hanover Zoning Bylaw to construct a (1) car garage.
