TOWN OF BYRON FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN   Legal Notice   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 7:00 p.m. on July 8th, 2026, at the Town of Byron Town Hall, N3097 State Road 175, Byron, Wisconsin, the Town of Byron Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducting a public hearing on the application of Valley MX to grant or deny a special use permit for the Valley MX dirtbike track located at Tax Parcel Number T04-14-17-35-05-002-00, with a street address of W5649 County Road Y. The proposed permit application seeks to approve use of a dirt bike track under a lease agreement currently existing on the property. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Town of Byron Town Board may be in attendance at the hearing for information gathering purposes but will not take any action.
