TOWN OF KOSSUTH, MANITOWOC COUNTY   The Town of Kossuth, Manitowoc County Wisconsin is accepting proposals until 5:00 PM July 13, 2026 for the following culvert replacement projects for which the Town shall furnish all of the metal pipes and be responsible for patching asphalt: East Shore Road: 36 inch arch x 50 foot CMP, 1/4 mile north of CTH-V, no end walls Hemlock Lane: 30 inch round x 28 foot CMP, 1/2 mile south of CTH-R, with end walls Lorenz Road: 36 inch round x 74 foot CMP, 1/3 mile west of CTH-Q no end walls Shoto Road: 24 inch round x 80 foot CMP, at west side of CTH-R with end walls Diamond Road 1: 48 inch arch x 50 foot CMP, 1/4 mile north of Quarter Road, no end walls Diamond Road 2: 36 inch round x 60 foot CMP, 3/8 mile south of Quarter Road, no end walls Contractor shall be responsible for applicable signage, notification to County dispatch, excavation, pipe placement, compaction, backfill materials, slope seeding, providing valid insurance certificate, and following DNR best practices. Finished surface to be same height of existing asphalt and be 3/4 inch compacted gravel. Proposals must be broken down by individual project and not a lump sum for all. The Town of Kossuth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the process, and to accept the proposal or portion of a proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
