RAPIDES PARISH POLICE JURY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ON ROAD DIESEL FUEL and STORAGE TANKS Project Bid#3570 Rapides Parish Police Jury will receive sealed bids at 711 Washington Street, Alexandria, LA 71301, until 10:00AM on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud for On-Road Diesel Fuel and Storage Tanks for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department. The Bids must be sealed and identified on the outside of the envelope as Bid #3570 - On Road Diesel Fuel and Storage Tanks. Bids received after closing time shall be returned unopened. It is the intent for the Rapides Parish Police Jury to secure pricing on On Road Diesel and Storage Tanks at three (3) locations Rapides Parish Public Works Department, 8051 Hwy. 28W Alexandria, Esler Field site 7650 Esler Field Rd, Pineville 71360, and the Glenmora site 815 7th St. Glenmora 71433. The supplier must supply on road diesel fuel and provide/install 2000-gallon double walled fuel storage tanks including but not limited to pumps, nozzles, flow meters, control systems, and display screens. All must work together to ensure safe and accurate fuel dispensing by meeting specification ASTM D975 standard for the Rapides Parish Police Jury operational use.
