A payment link will be sent upon receipt of the completed form. Arguments are not considered filed until payment has been received. Box 4008 Chandler AZ 85244-4008 *Checks can be made payable to City of Chandler Each hard copy argument filed must also be submitted in electronic format to the City Clerk’s Office at elections@chandleraz.gov Argument Signature Requirements Individual Filing If submitted by an individual and not on behalf of an organization, a political committee, or any other group, the person must submit the argument with a sworn statement. Organizational Filing If submitted by an organization, the argument must contain the sworn statement of two executive officers of the organization. Political Committee Filing If submitted by a political committee, the argument must contain the sworn statement of the committee’s chairperson or treasurer. The names of persons or entities submitting written arguments will be included in the Information Pamphlet. Persons signing the argument must give their residence address and telephone number, which will not appear in the information pamphlet, except that the person’s city or town and state of residence will appear in the pamphlet. Box 4008 Chandler AZ 85244-4008 *Los cheques se pueden hacer pagaderos a: City of Chandler Cada argumento registrado físicamente en papel también se debe enviar en formato electrónico a la Oficina de la Escribana de la Ciudad a elections@chandleraz.gov Requerimientos de Firma de los Argumentos Registro por Un Individuo Si es presentado por un individuo y no a nombre de una organización, un comité político, o cualquier otro grupo, la persona debe registrar el argumento acompañado de una declaración bajo juramento Registro por Una Organización Si es presentado por una organización, el argumento debe contener la declaración bajo juramento de dos funcionarios ejecutivos de la organización. Registro por Un Comité Político Si es presentado por un comité político, el argumento debe contener la declaración bajo juramento del presidente o tesorero del comité Los nombres de las personas o entidades registrando argumentos por escrito se incluirán en el Folleto Informativo. Las personas que firmen el argumento deben proveer su domicilio residencial y número de teléfono, lo cual no aparecerá en el folleto informativo, salvo que la ciudad o el pueblo y el estado de residencia de la persona aparecerán en el folleto.
