Notice for Valleywise Health Request for Qualifications (RFQ) DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES VALLEYWISE HEALTH ROOSEVELT CAMPUS PARKING GARAGE 1 NO. 90-26- 309-RFQ Maricopa County Special Healthcare District, dba Valleywise Health, is seeking a qualified Design-Build contractor for the Valleywise Health Roosevelt Campus Parking Garage 1. Project address: 2601 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008. It is Valleywise Health’s intent to enter into a Design-Build contract with a qualified Design-Builder to complete the design and construction of the Valleywise Health Roosevelt Campus Parking Garage 1, an eight (8) to nine (9) level parking structure for approximately 1,600 parking spaces at the Roosevelt campus. The total construction cost is estimated to be between $46,000,000 - 48,000,000, ($28,000 - 30,000/stall). No pre-offer conference will be held. If your firm is interested in being considered for this project, you may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) on the Valleywise Health Contracts Management website: https://valleywisehealth.org/ about/procurement/open-solicitation s/. All instructions regarding inquiries and Statements of Qualification (SOQs) are listed in the RFQ. All Inquiries must follow the instructions in the RFQ and are due no later than 11:00 AM July 15, 2026, Phoenix, AZ time All SOQ’s must be received via ShareFile link posted in the RFQ no later than 2:00 PM July 28, 2026 , Phoenix, AZ time. Any Design-Build Firm wishing to conduct a site visit prior to submitting its SOQ shall attend the scheduled Site Visit on the scheduled day, time as listed on the cover sheet of the RFQ. No Design-Build Firm may access the site except at the date, time, and in the manner authorized by the District. All costs associated with the site visit shall be borne by the Design-Build Firm.
