LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Control of the City of North Canton, Ohio, at Council Chambers, 845 West Maple Street, until 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 17th, 2026 as authorized by Ordinance No. 68-2023, passed by City Council on June 26, 2023 to enter into a Contract for the Cleaning of the North Canton Water Treatment Plant Sludge Lagoons.
Detailed specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the office of the Director of Administration.
Each bid must contain the full name of each person, firm, company or corporation interested in the same and must be accompanied by a BID BOND for 100% or CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER’S CHECK in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of North Canton, Ohio, as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract. Such Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check will be returned to the bidder/bidders upon the City’s receipt of the signed contract from the successful bidder.
The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any bid, or any part, or parts thereof, and all bids, and to waive any informality therein.
