NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that on the 27 day of July, 2026, at 10am., at the Washington County Courthouse, 420 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Washington County will offer for sale and sell, with or without appraisal as permitted by law, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property:
Lot Five (5), Block One (1), Fonger Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, commonly known as 3606 Utah Ave., Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
Said sale will be made pursuant to the Journal Entry Judgment entered on January 6, 2026, and the Order of Sale issued therein, for the purpose of satisfying: the mortgage lien of Plaintiff Nationstar Mortgage LLC, and the perfected Materialman’s Lien of Defendant Dan Hourigan in the amount of $27,525.94, as adjudicated by the Court, together with costs, fees, and any additional amounts authorized by law.
The property will be sold subject to all unpaid taxes, assessments, and superior liens, if any, and subject to confirmation by the Court.
