NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Warrington Township will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Warrington Township Administration Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider, and if appropriate, to amend the provisions of Chapter 370, Zoning, so as to amend the zoning map to rezone Bucks County Tax Parcel Number 50-004-022, consisting of approximately 8.23 acres, located at 3679 Pickertown Road, from RA – Residential Agricultural, to R3 – Residential Single-Family Zoning District. The public is welcome to attend the hearing and offer comment to the Board of Supervisors. A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined during normal business hours at the Warrington Township Administration Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania.
