NOTICE
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Bristol Township Zoning Board will hold their regular meeting on Monday evening, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Bristol Township Municipal Building, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol PA 19007, to consider the following:
1. Jaidyn Baker, 519 Hood Blvd, Fairless Hills is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-26.E.(2) (setback) to allow a side yard setback to replace existing garage and extend deck on the property located at 227 Neshaminy Rd, Croydon (Tax Parcel #05-005-013) in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
2. Basilio Santaella, 2105 Bath Rd, Bristol (Tax Parcel #05-029-074) is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-26.D. (impervious surface) to allow for an above ground pool, a deck and driveway at the above noted location in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
3. JJ Builders, 37 Pinnacle Rd, W Holtwood is requesting variances from Chapter 205-26.D. (impervious surface) and Chapter 205-16.G.(2)(h) (garage height) to allow for a 40x24x17.1 post frame barn on the property located at 932 Center Ave, Bristol (Tax Parcel #05-026-265) in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
4. Veterans Hwy LLC, 600 Veterans Hwy, Bristol (Tax Parcel #05-059-098-001) is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-25.A. (use) to permit a lot line change for a small expansion of business operations on the property located at 3704 Elmhurst Ave, Bristol (Tax Parcel #05-054-104) in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
5. 1415 Hardy Street, LLC, 581 New Rd, Southampton is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-120.A.(36) (off-street parking) to permit (12) twelve parking spaces where 119 spaces are required to allow building an addition on the property located at 1415 Hardy St, Levittown (Tax Parcel #05-069-048) in an M-2 Heavy Manufacturing zoned district.
