NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING CORNWALL BOROUGH CASE 2026-001 The Zoning Hearing Board of CORNWALL BOROUGH, Lebanon County, PA, will meet in public session on July 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, in the CORNWALL BOROUGH OFFICE, 44 REXMONT ROAD, LEBANON, PA 17042, to convene a hearing of CASE 2026-001 which is the petition of John Karinch who owns a 2.25 acre parcel with address 106 Lackawanna Drive, Lebanon, PA 17042. The property is identified as LEBCO Tax Parcel # 12-2339050-350171-0000, and is divided into two Zoning Districts: RMD District on the east side of the Snitz Creek, and RV District on the west side of the Snitz Creek. The portion of the lot in the RV District constitutes 0.20 acres of the overall 2.25 acre parcel, and fronts on North Cornwall Road. Petitioner intends to subdivide the 0.20 acres from the parent tract, creating a new vacant lot with dimensions 55 feet wide by 160 feet deep. Petitioner seeks a variance from Zoning Ordinance paragraph 14-1104.1.A which requires a minimum lot width of 60 feet for a single family dwelling in the RV District.
