AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, TO ADOPT CHAPTER 2.45 “HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION” TO TITLE 2 SUPERSEDING THE EXISTING CHAPTER 2.45 “HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION” OF THE PALM SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE
City Attorney’s Summary
This Ordinance will provide clarity and consistency to Chapter 2.45 of the City’s municipal code, repealing and replacing the current language with updated language to clarify the role of the City’s Human Rights Commission.
