LEGAL NOTICE   JULY QUARTER 2026/27 SUPPLELENTAL ASSESSMENTS    The new assessed values for each parcel on the Supplemental Assessment roll for New Castle County and school taxes for the July Quarter of the 2026/27 tax year may be inspected by contacting the New Castle County Office of Finance, Assessment Division (“Assessment”) at (302) 395-5520. A representative from Assessment can be reached between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday  These Supplemental Assessments will become effective July 1, 2026. Forms to appeal these Supplemental Assessments may be obtained by contacting Assessment, or at https://www.nccde.org/DocumentCenter/View/1063/  Appeal forms must be completed and filed with Assessment no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026. The Board of Assessment Review of New Castle County will meet in the New Castle County Government Center, or some other public place to be announced, to hear appeals from these Supplemental Assessments. The exact dates and times of such hearings will be provided to the appellants in accordance with 9 Del. C. Sec. 8311.
