Contractor Qualification Statements are only required if one has not been submitted in the past calendar year.   Prime Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the West Bend Campus (2151 N. Main Street, West Bend, WI 53090) on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. room L104. Sub-contractors (GC, HVAC, Mech. No follow up calls will be made for incomplete submissions.   Best and Final Offer (BAFO)   The BAFO process represents an optional step in the selection process in the request for proposal process and is not part of the contract negotiation process. The College may, at its sole option, either accept an offerors initial proposal by award of a contract or request additional information in a letter to offerors whose proposals are deemed to be reasonably susceptible of being considered for award. This request will advise the time and place to submit a “Best and Final Offer” for consideration.   The best and final offer can modify any aspect of the bid proposal, provided mandatory RFP requirements are satisfied. Evaluation of the best and final offers will be on the basis of the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. After evaluation of the final BAFO submissions, the evaluation committee will recommend to award the responsible bidder(s) whose bid proposal(s), conforming to the RFP, is most advantageous to Moraine Park Technical College.   Right to Negotiate Contract Terms   The College reserves the right to negotiate the terms of the contract(s) with the selected proposer prior to entering into a contract(s).
