NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd., Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to consider the agenda set forth as follows.
This notice is published pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §60.62 and §985.07 as a Class 2 notice.
Notice is also given that a quorum of the Town of Empire Board may attend the Town of Empire Plan Commission hearing at the above specified time and place. Members may attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda. No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this hearing.
Persons having an interest are invited to attend or submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the public hearing. The Town Board may consider and take action on the recommendations of the Plan Commission at a subsequent Town Board meeting.

4. Consider the request from Dale & Denise Theel Revocable Trust to rezone approximately 29.174 acres located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 11, T15N-R18E, Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, Tax Parcel No. T08-15-18-11-01-001-00, currently zoned Farmland Preservation District. The proposed rezoning would create Lot 1 (1.191 acres) adjoining the public road right-of-way and zoned R-1 Residential District, Lot 2 (7.214 acres) adjoining the public road right-of-way and zoned R-2 Rural Residential District, and Lot 3 (17.477 acres) adjoining the public road right-of-way and zoned A-2 General Agricultural District.
