NOTICE OF APPRAISERS' HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned appraisers, appointed by the Court, will, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 26-501 et seq., and amendments thereto, hold a public hearing on all matters pertaining to their appraisal of compensation and the assessment of damages for the taking of lands or interests therein sought to be taken by the Plaintiff in the above-entitled matter relating to the following described lands:
TRACT SA-037
A parcel of land located in A-Plus Galvanizing Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said A-Plus Galvanizing Addition; thence on an assumed bearing on N 89°43'01" E along the South line of said A-Plus Galvanizing Addition a distance of 352.15 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Ohio Street, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel to be described; thence N 14°47'45" E along said East right-of-way line a distance of 601.98 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of Old Highway 40; thence along said South right-of-way line on a curve to the right with a radius of 502.74 feet, a chord length of 166.76 feet, a chord bearing of S 35°56'07" E and an arc length of 167.53 feet; thence along said South right-of-way line on a curve to the left with a radius of 711.17 feet, a chord length of 461.82 feet, a chord bearing of S 45°20'09" E and an arc length of 470.35 feet; thence S 21°41'08" W along said South right-of-way line a distance of 78.50 feet; thence S 40°37'11" W along said South right-of-way line a distance of 61.77 feet to a point on said South line of A-Plus Galvanizing Addition; thence S 89°42'55" W along said South line a distance of 510.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Lots Eighty-seven (87), Eighty-nine (89), Ninety-one (91), Ninety-three (93), Ninety-five (95) and Ninety-seven (97), on Third Street in Jones Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
TRACT SA-41.5
Lots 86 and 88 on Fourth Street in Jones' Addition to the City of Salina, County of Saline, State of Kansas.
Such hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m. on July 20, 2026, at Central Kansas Realty Office, located at 631 E. Crawford, Salina, Kansas 67401, or on the following day without further notice and may be continued thereafter from day to day or place to place until the same is concluded with respect to the properties involved in this action. Any party may appear in person or by an attorney and may present either oral or written testimony by the landowner or other witnesses at such hearing.
The Court has set July 27, 2026, as the deadline for the filing of the award of these appraisers with the Clerk of the District Court, and any party dissatisfied with the award may appeal therefrom as by law permitted within thirty (30) days from the day of filing.
