Khaled Madin Clerk, Township of Parsippany TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS COUNTY OF MORRIS STATE OF NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NUMBER 2026:27 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $240,000 AVAILABLE IN THE GREEN ACRES TRUST FUND TO PROVIDE FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS (not less than two-thirds of all members thereof affirmatively concurring) AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. $240,000 available in the Green Acres Trust Fund of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey (the "Township"), is hereby appropriated to provide for the following improvements or purposes for the Department of Parks and Forestry, including all work and materials necessary therefor or incidental thereto: (i) $40,000 for seating area improvements at various parks throughout the Township as set forth on the project list filed in the Finance Department; (ii) $150,000 for various restroom improvements at various parks throughout the Township as set forth on the project list filed in the Finance Department; and (iii) $50,000 for the purchase and installation of a new gazebo in Governor Livingston Park. Section 2. The capital budget of the Township is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith. Section 3.
