By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D01-2602-MF-000765 wherein Amerihome Mortgage Company LLC was Plaintiff, and Jo Schaumloffel a/k/a Jo Ellen Schaumloffel; Theron Erick Spornhauer Colon; Goodleap, LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Twelve (12) feet of Lot Six (6) lying next to and adjoining Lot Seven (7) and all of Lot Seven (7) in Block Twelve (12) in Hart Place, an Addition to the City of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, according to the recorded plat thereof recorded in Plat Record (G) at Page 56 of the records of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Also, 6 feet of a vacated alley adjoining said real estate on the South side thereof.
