EAST MIAMI RIVER ROAD BRIDGE B-1047 REPLACEMENT in Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If using Bid Express® service a scanned copy can be uploaded to the site. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein or located electronically through the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law.
