The Defendants, Lien Solutions LLC and Unknown Spouse of Paul Hampton, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on April 24, 2026, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026CV00883, in the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3767 Victory Ave, Louisville, OH 44641, Permanent Parcel No. 3300927,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Lien Solutions LLC and Unknown Spouse of
Paul Hampton, if any are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Lien Solutions LLC, Unknown Spouse of Paul Hampton, if any failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
