RECOMMENDATION TO AWARD PUBLIC-PRIVATE
AGREEMENT TO
GM Development
Notice is hereby given pursuant to IC 5-3-1-2(b) that the Board of Public Works of the City of Indianapolis, Indiana has scheduled a public hearing on July 8th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the City-County Building, Public Assembly Room, Second Floor, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, concerning the recommendation by the Department of Public Works for the award of a Public-Private Agreement to GM Development for DPW Project No. ST-26-101: 2026 Indianapolis Local Roads Reconstruction. GM Development has been selected by DPW per its proposal under RFP-14DPW-1797. Proposals received under RFP-14DPW-1797 and an explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are available for public inspection and copying at DPW’s offices on the 24th floor of the City-County Building during regular business hours.
