SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Solebury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to conduct public hearings on the following applications: 1. The application of Sandra Marshall for variances from Sections 27-2208.5.A and 27-2105.1.A(2) in connection with the erection of a fence within a riparian corridor and potential floodplain at the property located at 6163 Meetinghouse Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 41-013-085. 2. The application of Phillies Valley Trust, LLC, for variances from Sections 27-2206.2., 27-2208.5.C., 27-2208.5.C(3), 27-2208.5.E(1), 27-2208.6.A, 27-2504.1, and Section 2603.1.D(2)(b), all relating to the proposed relocation of an existing pool, associated structures and infrastructure from its current location to a location nearer the existing dwelling, and the installation of a paver patio appurtenant to the relocated pool at the property located at 6550 Meetinghouse Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-022-054. 3. The application of Kenneth DiGregorio 2020 Irrevocable Trust, for variances from Sections 27-604.1.B.(1)(f) and 27-2510.5.C. to permit a continuation and increase in scope the nonconforming front yard and scenic road setbacks applicable to the primary dwelling structure, as proposed to be connected to the existing cottage at the property located at 2775 River Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-028-050-002. The Board may also consider such other business as may come before the Board.
