NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Premises: 556 Monponsett Street, Hanson, MA 02341
By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by David DaSilva to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Home Point Financial Corporation, a New Jersey Corporation, and now held by Freedom Mortgage Corporation, said mortgage dated August 19, 2016 and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 47346, Page 106, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Home Point Financial Corporation, its successors and assigns to Home Point Financial Corporation by assignment dated November 30, 2018 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 50583, Page 224; said mortgage was assigned from Home Point Financial Corporation to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by assignment dated November 16, 2021 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 56111, Page 262; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on July 24, 2026 at 01:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
The land with the buildings thereon, situated in Hanson, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, situated on the westerly side of Monponsett Street and shown as Lot No. 3 (three) on a plan entitled; "Plan of Lots in Hanson, Barbara Betzold, Owner" Malcolm T. Shaw, Halifax, Surveyor, March 25, 1961, Scale l" = 40' recorded at Plymouth Deeds in Book 2997, Page 226, bounded and described as follows:
Easterly: by said Monponsett Street as shown on said plan, three hundred eighteen and 44/100 (318. 44) feet;
Southerly: by Lot No. 2 (two) as shown on said plan, one hundred sixty-seven and 38/100 (167.38) feet; and
Northwesterly: by land of Henry E. Cone et ux, land of George A. Costa, and land of Kenneth G. Pierce et ux, two hundred and nine (209) feet, one hundred seventy-four and 60/100 (174.60) feet, and thirteen and 61/100 (13.61) feet.
Said parcel contains twenty seven thousand, three hundred (27,300) square feet of land, more or less, as shown on said plan.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
