Citation Petition for Partition
To Christopher M. Roberts of Teaticket, MA; and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Jamie M. Stone of Teaticket, MA, representing that she holds as joint tenants an undivided part or share of certain lands lying in Teaticket in said County of Barnstable, and briefly described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY by land of Joseph Figuerido et ux, One Hundred Twenty-One and 72/100 (121.72) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY by land of Alipio Simons, by two courses measuring respectively Sixty-four and 89/100 (64.89) feet and fifty-eight and 18/100 (58.18) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY by land of Joaquin Figuerido, One Hundred Twenty-Five and 27/200 (125.27 feet); and
NORTHEASTERLY by land of Francisco Figuerido et ux, Twenty-One and 06/100 (21.06) feet and by land of John S. Ferrara (L.C. No. 21166) One Hundred Twelve and 30/100 (112.30) feet;
together with a 14-foot right of way from the granted premises to Main Street, said right of way to be used in conjunction with others now or hereafter similarly entitled, and for all purposes for which rights of way are or may be customarily used in this vicinity.

setting forth that she desires that all of said lands may be sold at private sale for not less than Six Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Dollars, ($654,000.00), and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said lands which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 22nd day of July 2026, the return day of this citation.

It is ordered that notice of said proceeding be given by delivering or mailing by registered or certified mail a copy of the foregoing citation to all persons interested whose addresses are known (14) fourteen days at least before said return day, and if any person is not so served, by mailing a copy thereof to the last known address of such person (14) fourteen days at least before said return day; and by publishing a copy thereof once in each week for three successive weeks in the Cape Cod Times, a newspaper published in Barnstable (Hyannis), the last publication to be (1) one day at least before said return day.
