LOT 3, PIERREMONT ACRES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 5, A SUBDIVISION OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 900, PAGE 381 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND A TRACT ABUTTING THE REAR OF SAID LOT 3 AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF PIERREMONT ACRES SUB., UNIT NO.6, A SUBDIVISION OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO, PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1100, PAGE 333 AND 335 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, PIERREMONT ACRES, UNIT NO.5 RUN THENCE SOUTH ON AN EXTENSION OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 3, A DISTANCE OF 108.9 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 49 DEGREES 30 MINUTES WEST 67.8 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 8 DEGREES 31 MINUTES WEST 47 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, RUN THENCE NORTH 72 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST 61.44 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALSO REFERRED TO AS LOT 19-A, PIERREMONT ACRES SUBD., UNIT NO. 6, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
