BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain parcel or tract of land situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being part of Lots 16, 17 and 18 of Block 63, Clarence Park Addition, City of Alexandria, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 66, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; said block being bounded by 21st Street, Chester Street, Marye Street, and Jackson Street, being more particularly described as follows:
From the corner of 21st Street and Marye Street, the point of beginning, travel Southwesterly along the Easterly right of way line of Marye Street for a distance of 130.71 feet; thence turn left at an angle of 89 degrees 45 minutes and travel the distance of 73.15 feet to establish point A; thence again from the Point of Beginning travel Southeasterly along the Southerly right of way line of 21st Street, for a distance of 73.72 feet to establish Point B, thence connection Point A and B to close the property description (the "Property"), being more particularly shown on the Certificate of Survey dated May 9, 1994, by Stephen Barrett Gremillion which is attached to the Cash Sale dated June 7, 1994, and recorded on June 8, 1994, as Entry No. 978879, Conveyance Book 1408, Page 332, said Certificate of Survey being incorporation herein by reference.
