BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, containing 5.03 acres, more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining, being, lying and situated in Section 17, T1N, R1W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being shown as the "5.03 acres" tract on the Certificate of Survey by Colby C. Buller, Professional Land Surveyor, dated April 27, 2007, a copy of which is attached to instrument recorded as entry no 1342692, book 1787, page 12, of the conveyance records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. With the benefit of the Predial Servitude of Passage filed at COB 1787, PG 008 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
