The following request has been submitted to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Pineville, State of Louisiana and referred to the Zoning Commission for its recommendation:
-- A PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF 2.5 ACRES OF PROPERTY OWNED BY DURAND FAMILY INVESTMENT LLC, TO BE ZONED AS RESIDENTIAL (R-2), WITH THE INCLUSIVE ADDRESSES OF: 307 COFFEE CREEK DRIVE, 899 BOONE DRIVE, 901 BOONE DRIVE, 902 BOONE DRIVE, 903 BOONE DRIVE, 904 BOONE DRIVE, 905 BOONE DRIVE, AND 907 BOONE DRIVE
A Zoning Commission hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. at Pineville City Hall, 910 Main Street, Pineville, LA.
The report of the Zoning Commission will be presented to the Mayor and City Council that same evening at the regular Council Meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 910 Main Street, Pineville, LA. All interested citizens may be heard at this time.
