SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE   WHEREAS, on August 31, 2021, Joseph Greer and Bridget Greer, husband and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Scott Everest, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc.
