AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE L. ROKA A/K/A MICHELLE L. LEWIS, AS HEIR AND DISTRIBUTEE OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN D. GRAHAM A/K/A CAROLYN GRAHAM, ET AL. are the Defendant(s). I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the ROCKLAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ON THE LANDING ABOVE THE VESTIBULE BETWEEN COURTROOMS ONE AND TWO, 1 SOUTH MAIN STREET, NEW CITY, NY 10956, on August 6, 2026 at 9:30AM, premises known as 4 CHURCH LANE, UNIT #4G, A/K/A 4G CHURCH LANE, UNIT #4G, VALLEY COTTAGE, NY 10989; and the following tax map identification: 52.19-1-11./510.
