Notice of Public Hearing of the Greenville Arena District The Greenville Arena District will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to adopt its budget for fiscal year 2026-2027. The public hearing will be held at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, 650 North Academy Street, Greenville, South Carolina. As required by Section 6-1-80 of the South Carolina Code, the following is provided: 2025-2026 Current Operating Budget Total Projected Revenues: $ 13,129,081 Total Projected Expenditures: $ 9,024,088 2026-2027 Proposed Operating Budget Total Projected Revenues: $ 13,827,404 Total Projected Expenditures: $ 9,706,977 Proposed estimated percentage change in estimated operating budgets between 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 is 0.4%. Millage for debt service for 2026-2027 fiscal year is 0.3. Estimated millage in dollars is $1,146,898 for debt service necessary for 2026-2027 fiscal year. No operating millage is levied.
