LINDENWOLD BOROUGH JOINT LAND USE BOARD
NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 28, 2026, the Lindenwold Borough Joint Land Use Board ("JLUB") granted Deterding's Market, Inc.'s ("Applicant") application for a use variance, preliminary and final major site plan approval and bulk variances in connection with the property located at 506 East Gibbsboro Road, Lindenwold, New Jersey, which is also designated as Block 72, Lots 12, 15 & 16 on the Lindenwold Borough Tax Map. This action was subsequently memorialized by Resolution 2026-2, which the JLUB adopted on June 25, 2026. Copies of Resolution 2026-2 as well as all other documents relating to this application are on file with the JLUB and may be reviewed during normal business hours at the Lindenwold Borough Municipal Building, which is located at 15 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey.
