TOWN OF ASHBURNHAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ashburnham Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 13, 2026, at 7:10 PM at the Public Safety Building, 99 Central St, Ashburnham MA, to consider the Petition of VERIZON NEW ENGLAND INC. for a conduit location to lay and maintain underground conduits, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the surface of the following public way or ways:   BUSH HILL ROAD: Place one (1) two (2) inch underground telecommunications conduit along Bush Hill Road beginning existing pole T.1, located at the intersection of Bush Hill Rd and Tuckerman Rd, and running in a northerly direction along Bush Hill Rd a distance of approximately seven thousand two hundred eighty-five (7,285) feet to property at 200 Bush Hill Rd.   The plans and supporting documentation are available for public inspection in the Town Hall Mon-Thurs 7AM – 5PM.   SELECT BOARD: Abby Arpano, Chair
