PUBLIC NOTICE   SUMMARY AD FOR PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set July 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by the Board of Trustees of Plain Township requesting the vacating of Sheffield St. NW as dedicated in Bob-O-Link No. 2 recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 195 of the Stark County Recorders records and being located in the S.E Quarter of Section 5 in Township-11 (Plain), Range-8, Stark County Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled.
