PUBLIC NOTICE
SUMMARY AD FOR PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set July 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by the Board of Trustees of Plain Township requesting the vacating of Sheffield St. NW as dedicated in Bob-O-Link No. 2 recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 195 of the Stark County Recorders records and being located in the S.E Quarter of Section 5 in Township-11 (Plain), Range-8, Stark County Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled.
The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner’s Office.
