NOTICE OF ZONING PERMITS
HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, BUCKS COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Thomas E. Linke (“Ap-plicant”) has received Zoning Permits from the Hilltown Township Code Enforcement/Building & Zoning Officer relating to the use of the properties located 2112 & 2118 Hilltown Pike, Perkasie, Hilltown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania (Parcel ID Nos. 15-028-129 & 15-028-127) (collectively “Properties”).
On June 18, 2026, the Hilltown Township Zoning Officer issued Zoning Permits for the use of the Properties as fol-lows:
2112 Hilltown Pike Property Uses:
• A-2 Nursery;
• B-1 Single-family Detached (two detached buildings);
• I-2 Residential Accessory Structure; and
• 1-4 Non-residential Accessory Building.
2118 Hilltown Pike Property Uses:
• A-2 Nursery;
• B-1 Single-family Detached;
• D-3 Office;
• I-2 Residential Accessory Structure; and
• I-4 Non-residential Accessory Building.
Any interested person with standing who desires to appeal the issued Zoning Permits must do so within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice by submitting a zoning appeal with the Hilltown Township Zoning Hearing Board. Zoning appeal forms are available online or at the Hilltown Township building located at 13 West Creamery Road, Hilltown, PA 18927 during their normal business hours (215-453-6000).
Copies of the Permits are available for inspection at the Hilltown Township Building during their normal business hours (215-453-6000).
