ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Quakertown Community School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Quakertown Elementary School Project located in Quakertown Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Sealed Bids for all contracts shall be delivered to Robert Christine, Director of Facilities, no later than 1:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to 100 Commerce Drive, Quakertown, PA 18951, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for ALL contracts will be held at 123 S 7th St, Quakertown, PA 18951 at 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Attendance by all Prime Contract Bidders is mandatory.
Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts:
Contract No. 1: General Construction
Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction
Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction
Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction
