Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dat-ed 5/27/2026, in Case No.: 2025-CA-002461 of the Circuit Court in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein COACH HOUSES AT LEESBURG CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARISSA EILEEN KEENE., is/are the Defendant(s). Gary J. Cooney, the Clerk of Court for Lake County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL, held in the Jury Room on the 1st floor, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/29/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 1-C, Coach Houses at Leesburg, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Re-cords Book 713, Page 2137, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
