NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND ALSO ALL KNOWN RESPONDENTS WHOSE ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN, ALL NONRESIDENTS OR UNKNOWN RESPONDENTS. On or about June 16, 2026, Dozier & Dunagan Properties, LLC, William E. Walker, III, and Stephen H. Steinberg filed a petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Civil Action No.: 2026-RCCV-00571, seeking to quiet title in certain lands described more fully as:
All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, fronting 47.9 feet on the East side of Forsythe Street, between Reynolds Street and Broad Street, and running back between parallel lines a distance of 80 feet to a rear boundary approximately 47.9 feet. Said property is bounded by property, now or formerly, as follows: North by property of Zarge, Trustee; East by property of Howard and property of Washington; South by property of Dobson; and West by Forsythe Street. The property conveyed herein is known under the present system of street numbering in the City of Augusta, Georgia, as 106 Forsythe Street.

Any interested parties, known Respondents whose addresses are unknown, nonresidents or unknown defendants are hereby noticed of said petition and any person or parties having an objection to said petition being granted shall show cause why the property should not be registered as prayed, in writing, to the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, on or before August 21, 2026. Said parties filing an objection to be heard in person at the trial of said petition. Said Notice being issued pursuant to an Order of The Honorable Charles H.S. Lyons III, Superior Court, Richmond County, Georgia, dated the 18th day of June, 2026.
