Sutton Elementary – Reroof Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, for the Reroof scope of work at Sutton Elementary. Proposals will be due at 2:00 PM. Bidders may email their bids to leo.castillo@nabholz.com. Additionally, bidders can submit their proposal online via Building Connected. Bids will be privately opened. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. A job walk will take place on July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
