The City of Heath Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Municipal Building, 1287 Hebron Road Heath, Ohio to review the following request for Building and Zoning variances:
Case # 12-2026 (555 S. 30th St./030-098904-00.000)
Nicole Austin, agent for the property owner, Anthony Sax of Protive LLC, is requesting a variance to Chapter 1171.04 for conditional uses in a B-2 Neighborhood Business District. The conditional use is being requested to allow the property to operate as a body art and cosmetic tattoo studio specializing in lip, blush and eyebrow tattooing services.
Case # 14-2026 (455 S 22nd St/030-089034-00.000)
Ryan Stefani, agent for the property owner, Keith Wills of Trenmor Investments, is requesting a variance to Chapter 1175.09(a) for “Screening between Manufacturing and Residential Districts.” The area variance is being requested for the southernly and easternly property lines to preserve the existing vegetation which will provide more effective and immediate screen than replacing it with younger landscaping materials.
