This property has an appraised value of $177,000.00. GR-508 Enterprise, LLC is the owner of Parcel ID: 030PA008 and 030PA00801 located off Village Road in the Town of Leland. A portion of these properties will consist of 1.020-acres with an appraised value of $177,000.00. This public notice is pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A-271 and it is the intent of Council to consider a resolution authorizing the exchange of property in the properties described above.
