CITY OF EVANSVILLE-Vanderburgh County Purchasing Department Request for Proposals The City of Evansville - Vanderburgh County Purchasing Department is acting on behalf of the Board of Public Works in requesting proposals to provide the following: Tires and Related Services APA-01-2026 The proposal documents will be available beginning on June 29, 2026. The Evansville-Vanderburgh Purchasing Department will receive sealed proposals for the items until 1:15 PM CST on Thursday, July 16, 2026. CST in room 323 of the Civic Center Complex, 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, Indiana, 47708 (“Civic Center Complex”). On Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1:30 PM CST the proposals will be publicly opened, the name of vendors submitting proposals will be read aloud at the Board of Public Works meeting in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex. Each proposal must be in full compliance with the specifications and executed by the vendor on the forms provided in the proposal, wherein the Non-Collusion Affidavit must be completed in accordance with the Indiana State Board of Accounts. A Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bank Draft in the amount of $1,000 shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that all provisions of the specifications shall be met. Bid Bonds and Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful Respondent(s) after award of contract by the City, and to the successful Respondent(s) after the performance bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). Consideration of applicable taxes shall be observed as covered in the specifications and cost proposal form(s). In no instance, however, will Federal Taxes or Indiana Sales Tax be applicable. The City reserves the right to award separate contracts for each item and/or the right to reject any or all proposals if considered to be in the best interest of the City.
