NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Civil Code §798.56a and California Commercial Code §§ 7209 and 7210 that the following described property will be sold by Shadow Lake Mobile Home Park, LLC at public auction to the highest bidder for certified funds, in lawful money of the United States, or a cashier's check payable to Shadow Lake Mobile Home Park, LLC payable at time of sale on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the following location:
5100 N Highway 99, Space 160, Stockton, CA 95212
The parties believed to claim an interest in the mobilehome are: Wendy Robles, Robert Gregory Robles, Georgianna Mae Robles and MID STATE BK.
Said sale is to be held without covenant or warranty as to possession, financing, encumbrances, or otherwise on an “as is,” “where is” basis. Upon sale to a third-party purchaser, the mobilehome must be removed from the Premises within thirty (30) days after the sale. The property which will be sold is:
