The Auburn Planning Board gives notice of the following public hearing to occur on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the Select Board Meeting Room of the Town Hall, 104 Central Street, Auburn, MA:
7:00 PM 10 A Street, Auburn, MA, 01501 (11-15) (PB-26-2)
Applicant NOMOREFEAR, LLC requests Site Plan Approval under Section 9.4 of the Auburn Zoning Bylaw for a building addition 10 A Street, Map 11 Parcel 15. The subject property is located within the Industrial Park (IP) Zoning District. Presently on the premises is a ±19,200sf warehouse with a ±44 space parking facility. The applicant proposes to construct a ±6,600 addition to serve as additional warehouse space, and to conduct associated site improvements, including stormwater management upgrades.

Applicant Paranormal Cirque requests a Special Permit under Section 3.9.5.1.b. of the Auburn Zoning Bylaw to allow a temporary commercial activity (carnival) in the Local Business (LB) Zoning District at 385 Southbridge Street, Map 33 Parcel 87. The subject property is located within the Local Business (LB) Zoning District and the Regional Mall Overlay District. Presently on the premises is the Auburn Mall. The applicant proposes a 4-day outdoor event, located in the parking lot southwest of the main mall building.
