Legal Notice     Invitation for Bid (IFB)   B26004 – Vacant Unit Turn   Solicitation No: B26004   Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) will be receiving sealed bids from vendors for Vacant Unit Turns in accordance with the specification solicitation# B26004.   A pre-bid will be held on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at 10:00AM at The Elwyn Building located at 321 E. 11th st Wilmington, DE 19801.   Bids are to be received by 12 noon on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, online. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at WHA’s Central Office, 321 East 11th Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.
